UPUPUP started as a motivational saying for myself when I was first diagnosed with Anaplastic Non Hodgkins Lymphoma Cancer. At the end of every video update to inform friends and family about my health, I would say "UP UP UP". There was a point, when I was first diagnosed, where I was so low I was willing to let it take me. I couldn't accept that and so the only way to go was UP. Now it has become more than that. Through my personal journey and that of my family, our eyes have been opened to numerous challenges faced by people every day.
UP UP UP is staying postive, motivating, inspiring and encouraging each other to keep fighting no matter what, and to keep living your life. Its not just for cancer sufferers but for everyone that faces challanges, whether its physical issues, mental health, or whatever you might be going through.
We hope to spread this message far and wide. UP UP UP my friend
